Corporate Centers Building Facade

Corporate Center at International Plaza is a premium Class A, LEED-certified office complex adjacent to Tampa International Airport. The original façade lighting relied on high-pressure sodium fixtures to highlight vertical architectural elements, but aging equipment and difficult maintenance led to significant system failure, with over 70% of fixtures no longer operational.

In collaboration with AMPRO, cBright delivered a complete lighting upgrade using 60W Luna RGBW fixtures with narrow-beam optics to redefine the building’s vertical expression. Enhanced with cPure color technology, the system produces high-saturation color and tunable white light, allowing precise control from warm to cool tones alongside full dynamic RGBW capability.

The façade is powered by cBright’s DMX control system, enabling programmable scenes and scheduling, with intuitive access via web-based controls and mobile interface. Custom scenes were developed to support seasonal and event-based programming, with flexibility for ongoing updates.

The result is a renewed architectural presence—restoring the building’s nighttime identity while introducing dynamic color, improved efficiency, and long-term reliability. Today, the Corporate Center stands as a vibrant landmark within the Tampa airport district.
